Way to go, babe. That is one, of your astrological remedies. BTW I meant to say before, I didn't realize that Hannah was only 13. From her photo, I thought she was about 30. She is the one I keyed to you about, several weeks ago.

"Huge" for you Paris!!

I rarely use my car, haven't used it in 6 months and i walk everywhere.

I eat whole foods, and try to stay away from processed foods as much as possible. I do occassionally eat crackers, but fruits and vegetables, are becoming my favorite. I try not to eat any foods with additives. Additives are for corporations to develop shelf life of their products, and are not for health reasons.

Don't watch tv, and if you do turn off the ads and get up and move around. Try to stand and walk around every twenty minutes when in front of your computer or tv.

Actually, i really would like to know what more i could do for my stomach. It's my weakest feature since i've stretched it out by being chubby and then thin, several times during my life.

Try a really good whey protein powder 30 mins before you workout Paris! You will get super pumped I promise. That is if you plan to do some bodybuilding. LOL. Paris with muscles?? That's so hott. biggest fan jg

MACROBIOTICS! And jogging. I lost 40 pounds after I had my baby AND then 20 on top of that. 3 months of a strict macrobiotic diet and jogging every other day, anywhere from 3-6 miles. And that's it!

I did macrobiotics since 1979 and now I go easy on the soy (tofu= cose it's bad for yopu, only Miso, natto or tempeh as far as soy is concerned. Millet is best. And also Quinoa!!
