Went for a jog this morning and now just finished working out. What are your favorite work outs and what gives you the best results?

I do not work but every day after school to get together with friends and the result is that makes me happy. and I gym in the morning and makes me have a better physicist:)
I love running!! its fun , but i am not that fast :]]
I like to walk, and i'm going to go walk right now about 4 miles in and around hollywood, and then another 4 miles back out again. Along the way, i do leg stretches, and some arm movements, but frankly i'm not sure what to do with my chest, and flabby stomach.
Walking doesn't shape my stomach at all. I used to use the bullworker for my arms and stomach. I do need to flatten my stomach now, because i lost so much weight.
I'm 120 lbs. now. I lost about 55 lbs. over the last 7 months
Have a lot of fun today Paris. I'm off to hollywood now bye bye, and take care. See you later.
Swimming! It's fun, and beautiful and no matter how much or how little you swim your getting a good workout and you get to look hot too lol ;) xXx
Horse ridding would trump that but I haven't got to ride in a few years, Swimming in Australia every day last visit was divine and not a chore whatsoever! Hahahh!
I like to run at least 2 days a week for 30 mins in my target heart rate zone and strength train for about an hour each workout for at least four days a week on the days I do not run. I read that it is best to inhale deeply through your nose while jogging because it releases nitric oxide stored up on the inside of your nose. The nitric oxide than pumps oxygen through your body much more efficiently enabling you to run faster, stronger, and with much less pain and fatigue. Hope this helps. biggest fan jg:)
I just can't walk past topics like this... Soon I will take part in BodyBuilding competition and I'm steroid free at this moment. How cool is that? And if you really want to have some significant changes, you have to concentrate not so much on trainings, as on food and supplements. Your body will thank you ;)
i love to swim. If i had available water i would swim for hours everyday.
When i first moved to hollywood i lived in an apartment bldg. that was square with a pool and deck in the middle. Sound and arguements echoed everywhere, and it was loud, but i used the pool sometimes 3 times or more a day.
I'd go to a film processing lab in the morning, which i could walk to, and then sometimes walk home at lunch (7 minutes), swim in the pool, hop out, and walk back to work. At the end of the day nothing like first taking a shower to wash off the chemicals, and then a few hours floating on your back in the pool.
I was drinking cocktails or beer and shots back then, and puffing. I would just stare at the clouds above in the sunny sky, and day dream for hours about the stars of hollywood.
