Kim Kardashian did NOT slam Paris!

Paris' name was never mentioned by Jay or by Kim. Jay mentioned that "celebrities" sometimes get in trouble with DUIs (could he have meant Mel Gibson or Lindsay Lohan or Michelle Rodriguez or Kiefer Sutherland or Glenn Campbell or any of about 100 other celebrities?) and he asked her how she avoided that. She then talks about how she doesn't drink alcohol.
The line "why I won't be like Paris Hilton" was invented by Us magazine to spice up their article. Us magazine and other press that repeated the misleading story owe both Kim and Paris apologies for putting words in Kim's mouth.
I appreciate you for going through the trouble for trying to make us and Paris feel at ease. Don't you think that it is quite a coincidence that Paris Hilton has a brush with the law, and he asked that question?
Mel Gibson and Michelle Rodriguez's brush with the law happened awhile ago, so that's out the question, who else would he be talking about?
I have seen Kim Kardashian make mean comments about her before. How she's a "real" business woman. She doesn't party like Paris Hilton.
Even i season two of her reality show, when Kim was picking up her Bentley, she said, "I told them to get rid of all the pink and give it a sleek look". Who has a pink Bentley? Exactly!
Why would she throw the stuff about how she was raised and her father? Do we know Michelle R.'s family? Nope! Or Mel Gibson's!
I stick by my blog post. I KNOW she was trying to throw shade! Can't forget about how Kim said that "Let's Hear Some Real Music comment". Let me guess now, she was talking about another song? I hope this comment clears things up.
Thank you, Chantal, but Jay could have had Lindsay in mind rather than Paris. Paris has not been stopped for a DUI since 2006. Lindsay has been in the news a lot in recent weeks.
The important thing is that Jay asked her a question and Kim answered it without putting anyone else down. Kim knows as well as anyone that Paris has a close relationship with her family and I am confident she did not have Paris in mind when she made the comment about her own family. Could she have had Lindsay and her dysfunctional family in mind? Maybe, but I doubt it. Kim made her comments to express gratitude for her own family and not to knock anyone else.
I'm not familiar with the "real music" comment.
Admit it: Kim looked really great, didn't she? Her legs looked fantastic in that short dress.
