I made this with Photoshop, I google a random picture of a t-shirt (http://www.designkin.com/products/tshirts/images/garmentStyles_ILoveParis/Womens_Light_TShirt_pink.jpg this for example) and then I erase what's on it and I write what I want :) It's really simple, you can do it with Paint .
